Volunteer Clearance Process

Volunteer Clearance Process

We are excited to welcome parents and guardians who wish to support our school community through volunteering and participating in field trips. Your involvement plays an important role in enriching our students’ educational experiences.

To help ensure a safe and supportive environment for all students, all volunteers must complete a clearance process before volunteering on campus or attending field trips. This process includes required screening procedures designed to maintain the safety and well-being of our school community.

We value the time, talents, and unique perspectives that our families bring, and we are grateful for your willingness to get involved. The information below will guide you through each step of the volunteer clearance process and help make your experience as smooth as possible.

Thank you for your interest in supporting our students and staff. We look forward to partnering with you to create meaningful learning opportunities and a positive school experience for all!
